68 East Albany Street, 68 East Albany Street, between East 7th and East 6th Street. Complainant is Timothy V Ellis. States there are people on his roof. He did not authorize them to be there. He heard a crash, concerned there might be some damage. There is a roofing company working on a neighbor's roof. Possibly related, not confirmed. He's requesting an interview.
