Go ahead. Check welfare, East Morgan Avenue and North U.S. Highway 41 intersection. There's a white male walking eastbound on Morgan from 41, wearing a bright-colored shirt, was walking in the middle lanes of 41, and was previously seen cussing and pointing at people.
