3 Charles 21. 3 Charles 21, check the well-being. The call came in at 1923. It's at Solar Nails and Spa, 2125 Pickwick. The RP, Christine, was a customer. The owner advised her to call the police, said there was a subject disturbance. He's an Asian male, 30s, medium build, black hair, tan shirt, black pants, tan sandals. I'm not sure what was going on.
