All units responding to 40 East Adams Street, unit 1108. Caller's reporting that there is smoke inside of her unit. She can see and smell it. Be advised that the caller is also reporting a male had been pouring oil down the doors and has been doing this repeatedly. Caller is unable to evacuate and also advised that she is in need of medical attention for the edema in her legs.
