7680. Hey, can I have you guys assist 252 and 62 at this 35 at Eastern Loop West and Easton Way? It's going to be on a black convertible Mustang with the vanity tag Lincoln Edward Edward David Lincoln Edward Edward. Was initially unable to maintain lanes, almost hit someone, and they parked near the intersection. Driver's going to be a male white with a black tank top and black hat that was flaring his words with four other male whites. We copy.

Said they were in the black convertible Mustang with the vanity tag, Lincoln, Edward, Edward, David, Lincoln, Edward, Edward. Unable to maintain lanes and almost hit someone.
