3 David 2, copy a suspicious person complaint, 123 North Blount Street. 123 North Blount Street. This has been impending for just under an hour. My caller was concerned about a couple suspicious people loitering in the mail room. Thinks they may be trying to break in. They were last seen going eastbound on Dayton Street.
