The dog was taken by a local to keep safe until she could find the owner. I attempted to run down and give the dog water and she had already arrived. 👍🏻
Also myself and a few others have found dogs with there head cutoff and stuffed in duffle bags there's a real sicko out there keep your babies close and safe!!
I see the owners walking that dog every day I do not know them personally unfortunately. 😓
Did you secure the dog? Don’t chase but please lure it and see if a number is on the collar
