2 disorder in front of Violet Crown at 200 West Main Street. Caller, Ashley, says that a White male in his 30s wearing a blue shirt, wearing a hat. He's about 5'5", with red hair and a beard. He says a homeless male is currently yelling at her for panhandling. Says she's had problems with him in the past. He's currently intoxicated. Came up to her and yelled at her that she has an apartment. Caller's concerned she's a defamation of character and it could cause her harm. It's clear about five minutes ago. They should be in front of the Violet Crown.
