For a weapons call at 2253 Skillman Avenue East on the third floor, caller's using Spanish language line, reporting that a male, that caller does not recognize, entered the building, go to the third floor, and the caller saw a black handgun on the waistband on the right side. Time delay is 7 to 8 minutes. Black male, 25, skinny build, wearing a light gray t-shirt and dark colored jeans.
