Information for Division 2 on a 916, 818 Church, cross of 20th and Liberty. He was walking and the vehicle kept backing out of the garage, getting very close to hit the RP's partner. The walk, the ex-vehicle kept backing up, almost hitting the RP. It's a black Tesla, 9 Edward Henry Adam 573. It does come back 32 to a Tesla out of San Francisco. Driver was an Indian, female, 40s, last seen driving northbound Church. This is information only.
