39-54, 09 area to check on Santa Monica Road. 54. In the area of 1300 Santa Monica Road, there's a White male with dark curly hair wearing a black shirt and shorts. He was seen possibly doing work on an electrical box at the sidewalk. The RP believes it's 09 because he didn't appear to be in uniform. They're requesting an area check. The subject was last seen 10 ago.
