. Disturbance at Upco Park, 2931 North 40th Street at the shelter. Caller, Janelle Barnward is a caretaker for a Miley Renee Lewis, white female, 9-14-1994, wearing a gray shirt and pink pants. Caller says she is escalating, causing a disturbance and trying to run away from our caller. She is currently on the baseball field, not listening and refusing to come back. Upco Park, 2931 North 40.
