Disturbance with weapons, 180 Highland Avenue, 180 Highland Avenue, apartment S rank. Advise, lots of subjects in the PVA, uninvolved disturbance. Subject displayed a gun. Subject possibly a Black male or Black female. Last year an old Black. Advise, 10 to 15 subjects. I'm able to advise that he has pointed it at someone, which is K2 at this time, unit to BK.
