Adam 25, called in by Bradley, the LP at Target, 3000 Harbison. A female that stole a purse 20 ago, a $35 value. Advised that she's also responsible for other thefts. She's currently standing in front of her vehicle, in front of her black sedan parked in the drive-up section. There's a BF, 40 to 50, larger, built, wearing a blue dress.
