Both units, start to 6520 West Highway 146, the Crestwood Coin Laundry. Got a red F-150, Indiana tag, Edward Frank King 711. The white male slumped over the wheel. I think he's intoxicated or on drugs. He was looking around earlier. The door to the vehicle is going to be open.
