South end of the walking bridge, Pennsylvania Ave and East Chemung. Male, female, was physical. We've advised the caller, Nicole Mikowski, to separate. She's refusing to follow instructions. Continuing to be physical. South of the bridge, Penn and East Chemung, near Hall box. Caller was unwilling to follow instructions for me. Remained uncooperative.
