The unit's 316 Summit Lane, 316 Summit Lane, juvenile trouble, group of juveniles. Caller says he doesn't think they're old enough to drive. They're operating motorbikes and driving fast up and down the road. He tried to talk to them, told it was unsafe, and they said hostile things to him. Originally, it was three, now it's seven, all-male juveniles, black or gray bikes. Caller does not want to speak to an officer. Informational 20.
