Yeah, the person struck is a DOA, pronounced time is 1620. As of now, not a victim of a crime.

A couple of months back I saw a man get split by a train on the 2 train in prospect ave station it was horrific we tried everything from trying to make the other train stop but it happened too fast I think the guy was on drugs but still didn’t deserve to die like that smh
