514, I'm pending two calls. One is a 10-37 complaint at Walnut and Marcy Drive for a RAV-4 that was driving slowly, occupied times two. The subjects were wearing clown masks. It's a 15-minute delay and a open line that we are getting no voice contact on off of Sherrilyn Drive. Permission to pen?
