Sounds for Engine 3, Rescue 45 at the PI, in front of Mill Street and O'Neill Street. Mill Street and O'Neill Street. It's a child that was ran over. It's a mid-size, 90s blue Ford F-150. I believe that vehicle may have taken off. Injuries to their leg and their back, about 13 to 14-year-old male on the grass. Dispatch, clear at 1546.
