613, I got a message for the fight at the 307 West 17th Ave at a construction site. 964 Tom, complainant was trying to take a return package and the subject is refusing to give it back. No known weapons. They broke into and canceled the fight. Complainant's saying he can't return to work without the package and wants PD out to de-escalate. They got a waiting in a white Toyota Corolla for contact. It's 1237, is there a unit to follow?
