Male attached by caller, now wish to be seen. States a white male, 20s to 30s, black top and green pants. Was driving recklessly. He almost hit vehicles with his blue Dodge Ram pickup. He has no plates on the pickup. He's now parked at a handicap stall. Male inside acting erratic. No veneer drug seen. 10-91.
