Bravo 76 and Bravo 72 Sam, 7 to copy, it's a 503 in progress at the shelf. 8090 Folsom. Passerby said there was a male subject yelling outside the gas pump, threatening whoever was inside the vehicle with him. It's a silver Toyota Highlander, 8 John William Lincoln 941. Vehicle returns 10-8-51. One party is a male, black, 20s, long hair, black shirt, jean shorts, no weapons are seen. Appears to be a younger female inside the vehicle with the subject, complained he didn't get a good look for a description. He's left the area. But again, it's a 10-8-51 vehicle.
