We had a third-party report of a male, female, physical, domestic in a vehicle started at Court and Tompkins. Black Honda Accord gave a plate, Lincoln Tom Charles 6241. Got a female, brown hair, with a shirt and shorts, tried to jump out of the vehicle. The male grabbed her back in. Was last seen speeding, cutting off drivers. Last seen on Tompkins Street. Check the area.
