I got a welfare check at the library, 9725 Dixie Highway. Caller's wanting a welfare check on a white female wearing shorts, laying on the sidewalk with a baby carrier next to her and a towel over her. Unsure if there's a baby inside. Says it's going to be the road between Dixie and the library that leads to the mire. I'm okay.
