Responding, 669 Linden Street, LT Automotive in the parking lot for an unwanted on the subject. Says he lit his shirt on fire. It's not currently on fire. And he has a butane torch causing a disturbance. It's a BMA 30s, 5'10", medium build, no shirt, jeans and sneakers. Looks like he's currently standing in the middle of the roadway. We do have fire response.
