49 units, out of control, 12-year-old, apparently threatening to jump out of a window, second story at 627 East Main Street. 627 East Main Street, cross of Cleveland and Mill, still on the line. He did have a metal pipe at one point and has been taken away. Units to respond. 14 is clear.
