It's going to be a Target, 838 eastbound Sunrise Service Road in Bayshore off Manor Lane, theft of merch, approximately $150. Looking for a Hispanic male, approximately 16-year-old, wearing a pink sweatshirt and gray sweats. Also with another Black male with a black sweatshirt on. Fled southbound towards Park Ave on bicycle.
