Attention Southeast 72, Charles 175, Charles 224. Charles 175, Charles 224. Welfare check of a child, 5350 East Thompson Road in the Kroger parking lot. Caller's 2-year-old grandson is locked in a black 2019 Chevy Equinox with the keys inside. The vehicle is idling with the AC on. She did state that the grandson had just recently had a seizure before getting into the vehicle but refused EMS. IMD is en route.
