Any unit to cover Bravo 614 for this major disturbance, 17721 Dallas Parkway at the Norma's Cafe. Going to be a disturbance with Beyonce, verbal only. Refusing to give complainant's phone back so she can call it over to leave. Complainant is a Latin female, about five months pregnant, last seen wearing a black crop top and jeans, no weapons or injuries.
