912 David, it's going to be at Check Welfare, Camelback and 41st, just east on the south side of the street. For transients, no further description on the weapons, but three dogs chained to a fence on the south side by a dirt field area. Complainant advised humane society is concerned for the safety and well-being of the dogs and said that they had been out there for more than a month. We have for telephone contact, 821, unit 12.
