15, units to back, 310, 3 and 43, I have an urgent check at Greenspring Avenue and Tufton Avenue, Greenspring and Tufton. Caller advised before the circle, if you're headed westbound on the left side of the road, a male subject is laying on the side of the road. It's going to be a white male wearing a tank top, thin-build with long hair.
