Citywide, all units standby. Information in reference to a vehicle wanted for a hit-and-run that occurred, 700 West Pratt Street. Also, same vehicle was involved in an armed person call on yesterday. A hit-and-run vehicle is a white 2008 Honda Accord with a Virginia tag of Sam Union Henry. 1844. Vehicle has heavy front-end damage and missing the front bumper. Anyone coming to contact, advise time being 24X, times 10-09.
