8831 Delridge Way Southwest. Three vehicles involved. Looks like two were likely parked vehicles and the other suspect vehicle was possibly intoxicated. He refused to exchange information and drove off northbound on Delridge Way. The Black male, about 135 pounds, with white hair, wearing a yellow vest.
