Units, special 11 H 51. 11 H 51, go ahead. 51, you have a code 2 drive-by shooting just occurred at 1106 Oliver B Avenue. Reporter states the suspect was trying to steal the vehicle from that location, didn't know he was inside of it. Two shots was fired. Suspect was last seen headed towards Oak Meadow Park in a white SUV. This suspect is Hispanic, a white male, 17-20 years of age. They have no plate on the vehicle. 11 H 51, go ahead. 11 H
