11. 11, if you can ride on this suspicious person that just hit the board at 3610 North Clark. The caller says there are two male Blacks looking into businesses and vehicles. One has dreadlocks with an all-black, wearing all-black in a backpack and another one wearing a purple t-shirt. They were headed towards the Red Line, the Addison stop. Nothing further. 74 Squad.
