It started out as a theft of a bicycle, 1831, 1831 Fisher. Caller says her husband went out and found the bike. He is on the trail on Crawfordsville Road across from Pam's Liquor. Suspect is going to be an unknown race male with a baseball cap pulled down, a backpack, and possibly a jacket.
