Possible accident at the Costco, 12020 North Newport Highway. Originally, the female was outside of her vehicle yelling that she was going to kill everybody and hitting the ground in her own vehicle. Now she's driving around in circles in the parking lot. She hit a barrier. Appears to be some damage to the barrier. Still trying to clarify if she's on scene or not. 12020.
