Thought maybe this was related to the car stuck on Ballard bridge I saw while riding on the D line northward, at about 8:56am, but, guess not! What was there then, was a white car, two police officers talking to two people near the car, and one of those trucks with the lights on a board in the bed to direct traffic (not a tow truck). No idea what that was about?‽
