alley on the south side of 3233 T as in Tom. Caller says for the past 15 minutes, they can hear a male yelling, possibly pounding on a vehicle. Can't see him from where they're at. Sounds Code 19, unknown Code 19 or, excuse me, unknown to 74 weapons. The alley on the south side of 3233 T as in Tom. Inspector, 6-9, 6-3 and 9, back in service.
