If you can check the Wellington Court Apartments, 7630 Pacific Avenue, maybe either outside or associated with Apartments 23 for a disturbance between a female and a male. The male might be washing his car, but that's unconfirmed. He was yelling at the female, said that she's intoxicated, it's hallucinating, and then they all disconnected. I have a Hispanic female, 30s, 5'4", 90 pounds, brown hair, black jacket and jeans.
