Truck 67, AMR 129, you're en route for a code 1 fall at Arbor Creek Apartments, 3280 Southwest 170th Avenue, unit 406. Patient's a 70-year-old female, she's conscious, breathing normally. She dripped and hit her head in the bathroom. Around 1400 today. She now feels shaky, nervous, and dizzy. Nothing further.
