Suspect is an HMA in his 30s, 5'10", thin-build, wearing a black sleeveless stranger thing, shirt and jeans. Pray the RP. Suspect slapped the victim, whose name is Raquel del Toro, born in 1993, HFA across the base while staying in the family housing.
