It's going to be a priority 2 traffic hazard in the area of 2nd Street Southeast and Monticello Avenue. 2nd Street Southeast, Monticello Avenue. Caller refused caller advising that there's a vehicle sitting halfway in the street with their lights on. It's going to be a dark blue or black Jeep. They do believe it's causing a traffic hazard. They're watching it from their window, but they did advise it was in the middle of the roadway. 140.
