2 Charles 46, 2 Charles 13. It's gonna be at the library, 200 South Main Street. Gonna be for two Black females that were possibly attempting to scare the RP's child as they were getting in the car. One of them's gonna be in a dark green T-shirt carrying a suitcase and some kind of other bag. It'll be last seen sitting.
