Engine 7, APD is aware of the call they're en route currently. It was an unknown injuries when it came in, so that's why we sent you out there. Engine 7 received. It looks like whoever crashed the car has abandoned the vehicle. There's no one in the area. Also, the CAD mentioned that there was a power outage in the neighborhood. At this point, it looks like all the power has been restored, or maybe it was never out.
