12-13, past attempted theft, 2709 Moorgate, 2709 Moorgate, off Stanhope and Merritt. Stacey says, white male, 10 or 11, no shirt, dark blue swimming trunks and black slides, tried to take her son's bike off the porch. It's past, I don't have a time frame, but it says he's in the area somewhere.
