All units in the area of East Cone Boulevard and North Church Street, 10633 reference, careless and reckless. Be on the lookout for a white Lexus, 10-28 of Mary David Young, 7281. Last seen passing Pisgah Church. Vehicle had two young white males sitting in it and standing on the windowsill, hanging out of the car. No 10-17. Any unit coming to contact, top check and advise. Communication is clear at 2049.
