Met 53, breath 53, responding to Shorehaven Nursing, 1305 West Wisconsin Avenue, unit 1143, repeating, unit 1143. It's going to be for a possible stroke. We have a 78-year-old male who is not conscious at this time. He is breathing. His pupils were dilated, and he's slurring his words. He did have a fall with a head wound earlier and was transported at that time. Dispatch, Med 53's on scene. Rest in peace.
