Any Delta unit in the Phoenix area, 60 Cherry Street, apartment 207. Call came in as an EMS call. However, there's a female cutting her arm with a knife. The complainant threw the knife away. However, she has, she's trying to leave. Her name is Kayla Ladd, wearing a black shirt.
